Do you take walk-ins? + -

Yes, subject to availability. We encourage you to book in advance to avoid disappointment.

What are your age restrictions on piercings? + -

The minimum age varies by location and type of piercing. Generally, earlobe piercings can even be done on infants and young children with parental consent. Other piercings may have age restrictions requiring your National ID or passport and parental consent for minors.

What should I avoid after getting a piercing? + -

Avoid touching the piercing with dirty hands, using harsh chemicals or alcohol-based products, submerging the piercing in pools or hot tubs, and exposing the piercing to excessive friction or pressure.  

How can I book an appointment? + -

You can book in via our website, phone call, email or our social media platforms. If you are booking from abroad we recommend emailing us the date, time and piercing you wish to have and we can book you in.

Do you pierce with needles or guns? + -

We pierce with needles only.

Can I get multiple piercings at once? + -

Yes, but it depends on the locations and your body’s ability to heal. Discuss with our skilled artist Kelvin, how many piercings are recommended in one session to avoid overwhelming your body’s healing process.

Can I get a piercing if I’m pregnant? + -

It is generally advised to wait until after pregnancy to get a piercing. The body undergoes many changes during pregnancy, which can affect healing and increase the risk of complications.

How do I know if my piercing is fully healed? + -

A fully healed piercing should be free of pain, redness, swelling, and discharge. It should also feel comfortable when moving the jewelry. Healing times vary, so consult our piercer Kelvin if you are unsure.

How often should I clean my piercing during the healing process? + -

Clean your piercing twice a day with saline solution. Over-cleaning can irritate the piercing, so stick to the recommended cleaning routine unless advised otherwise by your piercer.

Can I get an MRI or X-ray with my piercing?n should I clean my piercing during the healing process? + -

Yes, but you may need to remove your jewelry depending on the type and location of the piercing. Inform the medical professional about your piercings before the procedure.

What should I do if my piercing starts to bleed? + -

Some bleeding is normal initially, but if bleeding continues or reoccurs, apply gentle pressure with a clean tissue or gauze. If it doesn’t stop or is excessive, consult us for guidance.
